NBA Star Grant Hill Announces 2pac x Fila Collaboration

Chickasha, Oklahoma. (Orlandez) – Former National Basketball Association (NBA) player Grant Hill announced the return of his GH2 Fila sneaker in the form of a collaboration with the estate of late rapper Tupac Shakur (2pac).

Grant Hill made the announcement on June 16th, on what would have been Tupac’s 51st birthday, while visiting with Full Size Run (FSR), a weekly sneaker talk and debate show airing on the Sole Collector YouTube channel.

“I got on the GH2 Pac’s and this is a collaboration with Tupac and his estate and these will be out in the fall,” said Hill on FSR.

The legendary NBA star also spoke on sending Tupac a pair of his original GH2 sneakers but could not confirm them to be the exact ones that the Death Row Records star wore inside the booklet of 2pac’s All Eyez on Me album.

“It was crazy, I was a fan of his, never had a chance to meet him,” Hill said about Tupac wearing his shoes.
